Summary
This dossier concerns the 2016 discharge for the ECSEL Joint Undertaking. The amendments postpone the decision on granting discharge and closing the accounts, and address ex-post audits by national funding authorities and the variation in their methodologies, the Court of Auditors' qualified opinion on payments including those for projects taken over from the Artemis and ENIAC predecessor joint undertakings, Horizon 2020 projects, and conflicts of interest.
