This dossier is a recommendation to the Council on EU priorities for the 62nd session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women. The amendments revise recitals on the empowerment of women and girls, traditional gender roles, and the determinants of differences in men's and women's social status, and add references including to the Istanbul Convention and the Paris Agreement.
