Summary
This own-initiative report concerns climate diplomacy. Amendments frame the fight against climate change as a foreign-policy priority, address the Paris Agreement, vulnerable countries and populations including islands and indigenous communities, and the links between climate change, security, conflict and migration, with debated figures on climate migrants and references to human rights, gender and the SDGs.
