Non-legislative resolution accompanying the EU-Singapore Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA). The amendments address respect for democratic principles, the rule of law and human rights, Singapore's application of the death penalty, restrictions on freedom of expression, assembly and association and on LGBTI rights, unratified human rights and ILO conventions, cooperation with ASEAN, climate change and biodiversity, and the suspension clause under Article 44 of the PCA.
