Summary
A proposal on the application of the Euro 5 step to the type-approval of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles. The amendments reference a comprehensive environmental effect study and the durability procedure, technology to meet Euro 5 limits, delegated acts under Regulation (EU) No 168/2013, on-board diagnostic (OBD) systems and emissions for L-category vehicles, subsidiarity, and tables of Euro 4 dates by vehicle category.
