Summary
A proposed regulation on disclosures relating to sustainable investments and sustainability risks. Amendments define sustainability risks and integrate environmental, social and governance factors into investment decisions, remuneration policies and pre-contractual disclosures to end-investors, address the role of banks, credit institutions and benchmarks, and reference a due diligence framework and the work of the ESAs (EBA, EIOPA, ESMA).
