This file laying down common provisions for the ERDF, ESF Plus, Cohesion Fund and EMFF, plus financial rules including for the Asylum and Migration Fund, Internal Security Fund and Border Management and Visa Instrument 2021-2027, is handled under the ordinary legislative procedure, where Parliament and the Council of the EU decide together to make binding EU law.
