Summary

The dossier concerns support for CAP strategic plans drawn up by Member States under the common agricultural policy and financed by the EAGF and EAFRD for 2021-2027. The amendments rework recitals on targeting income support to 'genuine' and 'young' farmers, conditionality, farm advisory services, eco-schemes, coupled income support, distribution favouring small farms, food security, research and the CAP's global dimension.
