Horizon Europe framework programme for research and innovation 2021–2027
The dossier sets up Horizon Europe, the Union's framework programme for research and innovation for 2021-2027. Amendments align the programme with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement, strengthen open science and open access, address gender equality in research, promote international cooperation and European Partnerships, and propose phasing out support for fossil fuels while raising the share of the budget devoted to climate objectives.
