Summary

Regulation establishing the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument for 2021-2027. The amendments revise the financial envelope across geographic and thematic programmes (figures cited for Neighbourhood, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and the Pacific, and the Americas and the Caribbean), and reframe the general objective around sustainable development, poverty eradication and the Union's external-action principles.
