Consultation dossier on the association of the overseas countries and territories (OCTs) with the EU, including EU/Greenland/Denmark relations for 2021-2027. Amendments address the reciprocal partnership for sustainable development, financial assistance, regional cooperation with the Pacific OCTs and outermost regions, biodiversity and climate change, rules of origin, education and Erasmus+, and cooperation against tax fraud, evasion and avoidance, referencing the Paris Agreement and Sustainable Development Goals.
