Summary
This dossier establishes the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre. The amendments shape the Centre, the Cybersecurity Competence Network, Community and National Coordination Centres, the pooling of cybersecurity research and industrial development, funding from Horizon Europe and Digital Europe, support for SMEs, synergies with ENISA, the civilian nature and civil-military synergies, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, high-performance and quantum computing and blockchain.
