Summary
A budgetary decision on amending budget 2/2018 concerning the surplus of the financial year 2017. The amendments address the level of competition fines in 2017 and whether revenue from fines and late payments should be reused by the Union budget or used to decrease national contributions, and the use of the 2017 surplus in connection with the migration challenge and the Facility for Refugees in Turkey.
