Summary
This is the 2018 Commission report on Bosnia and Herzegovina. The amendments address the EU accession process and the Commission's questionnaire, the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, the October 2018 general elections and OSCE/ODIHR findings, the slowdown in reforms, Constitutional Court decisions including the Sejdic-Finci and Ljubic cases, war-crimes glorification, corruption, ethno-nationalist rhetoric, and reconciliation.
