Summary
This is the annual report on protecting the EU's financial interests and the fight against fraud. The amendments reference the Court of Auditors' opinions, the distinction between irregularities and fraud, corruption across Member States and its cost, the VAT gap and VAT fraud, an OLAF customs-fraud investigation in the UK, the PIF Directive, public procurement, organised crime and tobacco smuggling.
