Summary

This dossier concerns the 2017 discharge for the EU general budget, Court of Justice. The amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge and address the Court of Justice budget implementation rate and appropriations, case numbers and duration of proceedings, geographical and staff balance, remuneration of trainees, chauffeurs' trips, declarations of interest and external activities, whistle-blower protection, and performance-based budgeting.
