Summary
2017 discharge for the European Data Protection Supervisor under the EU general budget. Amendments alternately grant or postpone discharge, note the Supervisor's budget and its 21.93% increase over 2016, a declining implementation rate, only a single payment examined by the Court, a rise in missions, the new tasks of providing the secretariat of the European Data Protection Board under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and the Article 29 Working Party.
