Summary
Discharge decision on the 2017 budget of the European Training Foundation (ETF). Amendments refuse or postpone discharge and add observations on key performance indicators and budget management, cooperation with Eurofound and Cedefop, the ETF's support for the EU's enlargement and neighbourhood policies, and its work with candidate countries, the Western Balkans, Central Asia and the Eastern Partnership on vocational education and training.
