Summary
This dossier is the 2017 discharge for the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL). The amendments alternate between refusing, postponing and granting the Executive Director discharge; they address key performance indicators, the Agency's distance from Europol and its relocation to Budapest, high staff turnover, publishing vacancies via EPSO, an anti-fraud strategy and whistleblowing rules, Brexit-impact analysis, and anti-racism, anti-discrimination and anti-radicalisation training.
