Summary
This decision concerns the 2017 discharge for the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). Competing amendments would refuse or postpone discharge, and note the Agency's budget implementation, its delivery on the regulation on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency and the adoption of network codes and guidelines in electricity and gas, the risks posed by resource constraints, the gender imbalance in senior management, and vacancy notices via EPSO.
