Summary
This dossier is the 2017 discharge for the Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking. The amendments postpone the decision on discharge to the Executive Director, and address the Joint Undertaking as a public-private partnership, the shortfall in cash contributions from industry members against operational costs, staffing of posts, and the Commission's interim evaluation and resulting action plan on new value chains.
