Summary
Report on the 2017 discharge for the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen 2 Joint Undertaking. The amendments postpone the discharge decision and address the Additional Activities Plan and certifiable additional activities, key performance indicators under Horizon 2020, participation of car manufacturers and energy companies in the Joint Undertaking's calls, rules on conflict of interest, staff posts filled across Member States, and communication activities increasing visibility.
