This own-initiative report is a recommendation on an Association Agreement between the EU and Andorra, Monaco and San Marino. Amendments describe the three states' long-standing statehood and European vocation, their economic ties with neighbouring Member States, transparency and anti-money-laundering progress, the importance of the internal market's four freedoms and the acquis, San Marino's VAT export difficulties, and efforts to reach the public to avoid rejection of the agreement.
