Resolution on a strategy for long-term EU greenhouse gas emissions reduction in line with the Paris Agreement. The amendments emphasise a just transition fund for the most affected and coal-mining regions, behavioural change in transport and aviation, circular economy and resource efficiency, material substitution toward renewable resources, the bioeconomy and agriculture, and refer to the COP24 Katowice Rulebook and the costs of climate-related damage.
