Summary

This dossier is the 2018 discharge for the Court of Justice section of the EU general budget. The amendments address staff distribution between legal, linguistic and administrative activities, building policies, the length of proceedings and numbers of cases before the Court of Justice and the General Court, the e-Curia system, broadcasting of public hearings, the share of women in management, and the doubling of judges at the General Court.
