Summary

This dossier is the 2018 discharge for the EU general budget, Committee of the Regions section. The amendments postpone the discharge decision and address the Court of Auditors' sampling of transactions under Administration, the cooperation agreement with the European Economic and Social Committee, the VMA building exchange and asbestos concerns, harassment rules and a code of conduct, staffing and absenteeism, IT financing, and a dispute with a former internal auditor.
