Summary

This dossier is the 2018 discharge for the European External Action Service section of the EU budget. The amendments address the EEAS's resources and foreign-policy role, public procurement errors and missing documents, gender and geographical imbalances among staff and heads of delegation, building administration policy and suspected fraud in tenders, the East StratCom Task Force against disinformation, seconded national experts, and conflict-of-interest rules; some instead call for reduced resources.
