Summary

The dossier is the 2018 discharge for the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th European Development Funds (EDFs). Amendments stress sound financial management, increasing funds for economic development and poverty reduction in least developed countries, good governance, democracy and the rule of law, budget support payments, the European Union Emergency Trust Fund and its links to migration and Official Development Assistance, and incorporating the EDF into the budget under the NDICI.
