Summary

This dossier concerns the 2018 discharge for the European Training Foundation. Amendments revise points on the Court of Auditors declaring the transactions legal and regular, the Foundation's activity completion rates, its work supporting vocational training and human capital development in the Union's partner countries, lifelong learning and digital skills, cooperation with Cedefop and Eurofound, the anti-fraud strategy, and a recommendation that discharge not be granted to the Executive Director.
