Summary

This dossier concerns the 2018 discharge for the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL). Amendments grant discharge and approve the closure of the accounts, note the Court of Auditors' findings, and address the Agency's role in law-enforcement training, high staff turnover following relocation, gender balance, cooperation with Justice and Home Affairs agencies and a proposed merger with EUROPOL, publication of vacancy notices, e-procurement, whistleblower protection and public visibility.
