Summary

A discharge decision on the 2018 budget of the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol). The amendments grant discharge and rework remarks on Europol's role in supporting criminal investigations and fighting organised crime, growth in supported operations and Joint Investigation Teams, Court of Auditors findings on an irregularly prolonged business-travel contract, reliance on external IT staff, gender balance, conflict-of-interest policies, and a possible merger with CEPOL.
