Summary

The dossier is the annual implementing report on the EU association agreement (AA/DCFTA) with the Republic of Moldova. Amendments revise citations and recitals on the Eastern Partnership, macro-financial assistance (including EUR 100 million in the context of the IMF programme), budget support disbursements conditional on justice and rule-of-law reform, and references to Transparency International, Freedom House and OSCE/ODIHR assessments of corruption, democracy and elections.
