Resolution on enabling the digital transformation of health and care in the Digital Single Market and empowering citizens. The amendments add references to Commission communications and recommendations on e-Health, telemedicine and electronic health record interoperability, network and information security, and recitals on challenges from an ageing society, antibiotic resistance, new technologies, and growth in healthcare spending as a share of GDP.
