Summary
Amendments to the 2021 Union budget, the first under the Multiannual Financial Framework for 2021-2027. They press for adequate or increased appropriations with emphasis on economic, social and territorial cohesion, the Solvency Support Instrument, climate and biodiversity mainstreaming and green budgeting under the European Green Deal, the 'do no harm' criterion, the Natura 2000 network and Life programme, civil protection and the Solidarity Fund, and capabilities to deal with pandemics.
