Digital Services Act
The Digital Services Act is a proposed regulation on obligations for providers of intermediary and online-platform services; under the ordinary legislative procedure Parliament and the Council decide together and the result is binding EU law. Handled by committees including Internal Market and Consumer Protection and Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs, it covers the single market and digital technologies. The tabled amendments address scope and substantial connection to the Union, illegal content, exemptions for micro and small enterprises, trusted flaggers, trader traceability, obligations on very large online platforms including systemic-risk categories, advertising repositories and crisis protocols, plus additions on platform workers' labour rights. It shares subjects such as e-commerce with related files including the Digital Markets Act.

Plenary votes
126 roll-call votesIn plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
Where each group stood at the decisive votes
Milestones are the votes that adopt or reject text (not every amendment vote) — the percentage is the share of the group’s Members behind that position. Click a column heading to open the vote below.
