Summary

The dossier is the annual report on arms export. Amendments revise citations and recitals on EU arms exports, referencing the Common Military List, the Council Common Position on arms export control and its criteria, SIPRI figures, and arms embargoes and exports to countries including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen; competing amendments stress human rights and disarmament or the defence industry and Member State competence under Article 346 TFEU.
