Amending budget 3/2020: surplus of the financial year 2019
The dossier concerns amending budget 3/2020 on the surplus of the financial year 2019. The amendments take a stand against the draft amending budget devoted to budgeting the 2019 surplus and call for Union budget surpluses to be redistributed to net contributor Member States to help absorb the economic shock generated by the COVID-19 crisis.
