Summary

The dossier is the review of the European Union Solidarity Fund (EUSF), established by Council Regulation (EC) No 2012/2002 to assist Member States and accession countries hit by major disasters. Amendments address climate change and more frequent natural disasters, faster disbursement and advance payments, raising the maximum annual amount, the COVID-19 pandemic, the multiannual financial framework, 'Build Back Better' reconstruction standards, public awareness and visibility, and sound financial management.

Plenary votes

1 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
