Summary

This dossier is the 2019 discharge for the European Commission section of the EU general budget. The amendments discuss the error rate found by the European Court of Auditors, cohesion-policy and ESI fund spending, outstanding commitments, external assistance and trust funds, human rights and civil society, and audit authorities' sampling weaknesses.
