Summary

Report on the 2019 discharge for the general budget of the EU concerning the Court of Justice. The amendments address the management report's structure, the length and number of proceedings and cases closed, collaboration with national magistrates, the e-Curia application, the Judicial Network of the EU, the representation of women in managerial posts, and concerns about the interpretation of court judgments and budget commitments.
