Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): CZARNECKI Ryszard (ECR)
Summary

The dossier is the 2019 discharge for the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust). The amendments deplore a budget decrease against a rising caseload and strengthened mandate, note an outstanding observation on a negotiated procurement procedure and irregular framework contract and payments, welcome new rules of procedure and data-protection rules and preparation of the relationship with the EPPO, and call for digitalisation and cooperation with other EU agencies.

4 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
