2019 discharge: European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC)
A discharge decision on the 2019 budget of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). The amendments address the submission rate of annual declarations of interest by management board and advisory forum members and a related penalties mechanism, the positive outcome of the Centre's external evaluation, the COVID-19 crisis highlighting the need to reinforce the Centre's mandate, and new programmes in e-health, digital technologies and foresight.
