Summary

The dossier is the 2019 discharge for the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX). Amendments address the Court of Auditors' special report 08/2021 on external border management, weaknesses in situation monitoring, risk analysis and joint operations, fundamental rights and a Fundamental Rights Officer and monitors, alleged migrant pushbacks in the Aegean Sea and Greek waters, an OLAF investigation and a European Ombudsman inquiry, and conditions linking discharge to accountability.
