Summary

This dossier concerns the 2019 discharge for the European GNSS Agency. The amendments address the Agency's cooperation with Member States and EU agencies, its limited autonomy in exploiting the Galileo satellite navigation system under a delegation agreement, the 2019 Galileo service incident and Inquiry Board, recruitment difficulties and outsourcing of core tasks, geographical and gender balance, sustainability, publication of board members' CVs, and the ethical framework.
