Summary

The dossier is the 2019 discharge for the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The amendments revise paragraphs on the Agency's fee income and reliance on the Union budget under the REACH Regulation, registration dossier evaluation and the 'no data, no market' principle, substances of very high concern and derogations, animal testing and new approach methodologies, cooperation with other agencies, digitalisation, sustainability, and gender balance.
