Summary

Decision on 2019 discharge for the European Agency for the operational management of large-scale IT systems in the area of freedom, security and justice (eu-LISA). The amendments address the Agency's low budget implementation, a payment for maintenance of the Schengen Information System found not compliant with contractual provisions, procurement and recruitment shortcomings noted by the Court of Auditors, publication of vacancies via EPSO, and digitalisation.

4 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
