2019 discharge: General budget of the EU - 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th EDFs
A discharge decision on the budget of the eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh European Development Funds for 2019. The amendments postpone discharge and closure of the accounts, cite the Court of Auditors' adverse opinion and level of error, weaknesses in monitoring and ex ante controls, transparency toward the discharge authority, budget support and its governance risk, alignment with the 2030 Agenda, and the share going to sub-Saharan Africa.
