Summary

An own-initiative report on the state of EU cyber defence capabilities. The amendments address growing malicious cyber operations by state and non-state actors against critical infrastructure, cyberspace as a domain of warfare and hybrid warfare, building cyber resilience and military cyber defence capabilities, the roles of the EEAS, Commission and European Defence Agency, technological dependence, the integration of artificial intelligence into defence, and the UN Charter.
