Summary

Amending budget 1/2021 financing the COVID-19 response with refinements related to the final adoption of the Multiannual Financial Framework. Amendments demand the Commission refrain from funding the Green digital certificate pending political agreement between Parliament and Council, and ask the Commission to provide the budgetary authority with comprehensive information on planned autonomous transfers under the Financial Regulation, including their amounts.
