Summary

A legislative proposal establishing the 2030 policy programme 'Path to the Digital Decade'. Amendments stress digital education, digital skills training for teachers and learners, reskilling and upskilling for the labour market, accessible public services, governance and monitoring of digital targets between the Union and Member States, the European Semester and the Digital Economy and Society Index, and Commission review of the targets.
